30 Tips That Make Life a Bit Easier

I’ve discovered 30 tips that have made my life easier.  So, I thought to share them with y’all in hope that it would make your life a bit easier, too!

My favorite one right now is using vinegar to remove labels off of jars.  I’m having so much fun creating pretty jars lately and this tip works like a dream!

First, you will need white distilled vinegar, a paper towel and a glass jar.

Fold the paper towel and place it over the label.  Let it sit for 20 or so minutes.

Peal or pick off the label.  Some labels are a little bit trickier to remove.  See the sticky stuff it left behind.  Remove as much as you can and then add the paper towel and soak it in vinegar.  Let it set for another 20 minutes or longer.

After it’s done soaking again scrub off the label with warm soapy water.

It works great!

Pretty new jar with no more label!

  1. Awesome tips! I haven’t seen the cutlery tray/jewelry holder yet. That’s a great one for sure! Found you on Sugar Bee. I do a weekly tip round up also, but I have to say your visuals put me to shame! Come by and say hello if you get a minute.

  2. Great tips! I love using vinegar two ways at my house. In the wash, when washing that pee peed bedding, takes the smell right away. And in my shower on the tile. Half dish soap and half vinegar in a scrubby brush. Use right after showering stays off the grim and mold that can happen.

  3. What an awesome collection! I would LOVE for you to stop over if you have time and link these up in The Mommy Club which fits in with the theme, mommy solutions! My linky opens at 9pm on Tue and runs through Mon. On Tue I feature the topped clicked links, too! I’d be honored if you joined in with this post or others from your blog!

    Thank you, Crystal
