Adorable, Pretty, Fun and Easy Valentine’s Day Banner

I made this adorable Valentine’s Day banner last year for my good friend Lindsay of Artsy-fartsy Mama. I recently came across the pictures in my files and thought “I should share this one!” It is SO easy to make and so cute. I used my Silhouette SD but you could cut the hearts out or just buy paper hearts.

After using the Silhouette to cut out the hearts I glued them onto red felt. I then cut the red felt in the shape of a heart around the paper heart. I cut out pink circles, glued them to the larger hearts and spelled out Be Mine with red sticker letters. easy sweet valentine banner

I strung the hearts onto a string of twine with hot glue, added a smaller heart in between Be and Mine to separate the words and….easy valentine banner

Valentine’s Day Ombre Paint Chip Wreath

Today I wanted to share with y’all, a heart wreath I made from paint chip samples, ombre style!

This was a super easy project!! All you need are a ton of paint chip samples, hot glue, ribbon and a wreath form. I actually cut out a heart from poster board and glue my hearts on to it. I used a heart paper punch to cut out the hearts. I then glued on the heart on to the heart cut out, layering them as I went. The I folded the hearts a little bit that made it to the top of the layers.

I chose the long strip paint chip samples so that I could create an ombre style heart.

I love how it turned out. It really was so easy to make!!
