Do You Love Avocados Like I Do!?

I absolutely LOVE Avocados! I love them just they way they are or in a huge variety of recipes. In fact, I have never come across a recipe including avocados that I did not like.

I love them for breakfast…

1. breakfast fruits 2. baked egg avocados 3. strawberry, avocado and goat cheese toast 4. potato pancakes with guacamole and a poached egg

I love avocados for lunch…

1. buffalo chicken and avocado sandwich 2. prosciutto, avocado, arugula and tomato sandwich 3. stuffed avocados 4. sweet potato veggie burger with avocado 5. hummus and avocado with roasted tomato

and I love them for dinner!!

1. avocado chicken parmigiana 2. cowboy quinoa with avocado 3. shrimp and avocado rice bowl 4. sweet corn tamale cakes with avocado 5. chicken and avocado enchiladas

Avocados make delicious food…MUY DELICIOSO!!!

Adorable, Pretty, Fun and Easy Valentine’s Day Banner

I made this adorable Valentine’s Day banner last year for my good friend Lindsay of Artsy-fartsy Mama. I recently came across the pictures in my files and thought “I should share this one!” It is SO easy to make and so cute. I used my Silhouette SD but you could cut the hearts out or just buy paper hearts.

After using the Silhouette to cut out the hearts I glued them onto red felt. I then cut the red felt in the shape of a heart around the paper heart. I cut out pink circles, glued them to the larger hearts and spelled out Be Mine with red sticker letters.

I strung the hearts onto a string of twine with hot glue, added a smaller heart in between Be and Mine to separate the words and….

VIOLA!!! An adorable, pretty fun and easy banner for Valentine’s Day!!
